We have created this 14 days returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances within 14 days from delivery date.
The returned product will be eligible for a refund if unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. When trying on swimwear please try on with underwear as soiled swimwear will not be able to be returned. DO NOT remove the Poly ribbon or else this item will not be able to be returned.
If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Please note all return/exchange postage will be for the customers account.

Please note that swimwear is returnable with ALL tags intact. Swimwear must be returned in the same state it was delivered otherwise a refund will not be given and your item will be returned to you.
Please note ANY items returned covered in animal or human hair may NOT be swapped or refunded.
Please note we cannot accept any returned items that have been washed, returned items must be in resellable condition; that is the same condition that you received the item.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for refund or exchange.
